Three negotiations with one realtor…two sales and one purchase…are a sure indicator of satisfaction. Ross Kay has proven himself again and again. In the two sales of properties from which I was downsizing, Ross set the bar high for the price sought: initially I even thought, “a little too high”. Not so! He established a solid strategy and doggedly stuck to that plan. All he asked was that I not only trust his experience but that I quell my impatience and my impulse to try to out strategize him, suggesting angles he might pursue. In both sales, he brought me the buyer I was seeking, with the price and closing of most advantage to me. In the purchase, on which he represented me, he handed me an accepted ‘offer to purchase’ of which I could only have dreamt, with chattels that easily could have been overlooked by other realtors. Ross promotes himself as a ‘coach’. He is that, as well as a master of the details and the fine print, consistently able to advise and direct, in a supportive and encouraging manner.

A 'thank you' doesn't fully capture my gratitude!
