In today's World of Real Estate their are new dimensions added every year.  Today's Home Buyer is faced with so many home buying options that to just keep track is next to impossible unless it is your full time job.

PRIVATE FOR SALES: The days of ignoring the PFS are over with Ross Kay as your Buyers Rep.  Ross actively searches PFS in search of homes that would meet your criteria.  Ross actively contacts those sellers, arranges appointments and shows you the homes.  Even the most earnest of PFS sellers welcome Ross into their homes as his reputation as straight talker gives them advance notice of the seriousness of his Buyer Clients.

NEW HOMES: Previously representing some of the Burlington's Best Builders as their listing agent gives Ross inside knowledge on how NEW HOME builders and their sales reps operate.  Since all onsite builder reps represent the builder exclusively, (no matter how nice they seem), it is important that any NEW HOME Buyer has active representation when buying a NEW HOME.  This is the single biggest mistake still made even with today's educated HOME Buyer as they are missing the chance to get the best deal possible.
