                                      The Professional RE Apprentice Program:


                                      Real Estate as a career is a very rewarding yet demanding field.  Real Estate Sales, requires in the professional capacity of a REALTOR, a life long commitment to education on a varied and continually expanding group of subjects.  Although many new to the industry find the current licensing requirements challenging, they are only the first step in reaching true professional status as a REALTOR and because of the high costs, should only be contemplated by those willing to make the personal sacrifices necessary to succeed.

                                      Since 2000, those new to the business have been lulled into a false belief that the market that has existed since 2000 is normal.  The truth is that in the history of organized real estate, these last 11 years have seen unmatched growth and demand for residential housing that in Burlington, has not been satisfied by the inventory of homes on the market at any given time.  This "High Demand and Low Inventory" scenario usually is only seen over a 2 or 3 year window at most.  The real estate market, like all markets, will experience valleys and peaks.  Surviving those valleys and peaks means ensuring you have the knowledge necessary to know what to do and when.

                                      As a Professional REALTOR, your clients will rely on you to handle very difficult situations in often challenging markets.  These demands overwhelm the vast majority of REALTORS and is the reason why so few people remain in the business after the market goes through a valley and why so many are flying high when it is at a peak.  In order for your to become a Professional REALTOR you need help.

                                      The Apprentice Program Details:
                                      -3 years or 100 transactions in length
                                      -24 hr/ 365 day/ yr back up and support
                                      -complete business building template
                                      -complete client protection for all your clients during the first 3 years
                                      -complete coverage and education in all the above listed subjects
                                      -building and implementation of your own Personal Brand
                                      -complete CRM from day one
                                      -ability to work in any full representation real estate office

                                      The Cost:
                                      -$995 commitment fee
                                      -15% referral on all your real estate earnings in year one
                                      -10% referral on all your real estate earnings in year two
                                      - 5% referral on all your real estate earnings in year three and any subsequent years you continue on with our Post Apprentice Coaching Program

                                      The Guarantee:
                                      If you follow the complete Apprentice Program, meet all the requirements of the program, complete all aspects of your personalized "Template for Success" we Guarantee you will earn over $100,000 in your first 365 days of selling real estate, over $150,000 in your 2nd 365 days of selling real estate and over $200,000 in your 3rd 365 days of selling real estate or your original $995 commitment fee will be refunded and you will have the sole option of declining further participation in the Program.
