                                      Ross' Clients all receive a Client Communications Package just for them.
                                      "This is a Private Policy for Clients Only, that you should already have received previously."

                                      Ross also has a Public Communications Policy designed to be "Fair" that states:
                                      "I return all calls paged through my switchboard in 1 hour.  If I Don't for any reason, you get a coffee on Me.  When with clients they receive my full attention, just as you will when I am working with you.  This attention means non-critical calls are returned when I am available to respond in a professional and unrushed manner to you.  I do not Cell, txt or Email while driving with NO exceptions.  Emails are checked Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm regularly and outside these times on a non-guaranteed basis.  Sundays are very valuable in today's world and although I am available, ideally we will connect only if urgent.
