Working with Ross:  "I am only interested in Success!  Failure is not an option!"

There are 3 ways you can work and learn from Canada's Original RE/MAX Sales Team founder Ross Kay.  After your initial discussions with Ross you both will determine what is the best way for YOU to succeed and reach YOUR goals.

WORK FOR Ross:  Ross determines your Goals. You work under the Ross Kay banner and are a full time assistant.  All Promotional materials are Ross Kay exclusive and branded. You are required to invest a minimum of 40 hours per week, on a time table Ross determines.  Your work week will include weekends and evenings for at least the first 12 months of your relationship with Ross.

Income is commission based. Ross covers all expenses.

WORK WITH Ross:  You and Ross agree on your Goals. You work as an associate of Ross Kay.  All promotion materials you participate in are co-Branded with Ross Kay or one of his branding vehicles and Your branding. You are required to invest a minimum of 40 hours per week, on a time table You and Ross determines best suits your goals.

Income is commission based. You and Ross cover all expenses as negotiated.

WORK WHILE MENTORED BY Ross: You determine your Goals.  You work under your own brand with no formal advertised affiliation with Ross Kay allowed.  You determine the hours you wish to invest in your business.  Ross provides guidance and direction on an open and ongoing basis and then YOU and YOU ALONE are responsible for reaching your goals.

Income is commission based. You cover all expenses including fees payable to Ross under the mentorship contract.

All relationships Ross Kay works under are open ended, meaning at any time you are free to leave without obligation.  Ross believes that since Realtors are paid on a commission basis that salaried or hourly income has no place in a working relationship between realtors.

**Unlicensed team members are paid by salary plus bonus and are always signed up under an independent contractor agreement operating as self-employed individuals.
