This Contest has one Rule and No other requirements

Simply supply the Data and Methodology that proves the price of homes has changed in 31 days or less.
You can choose any of the over 500 months that unique single detached homes have been traded on any
co-operative listing service anywhere in Canada since 1978.
That gives you over 12 million transactions to choose from.

Your proof must include 3 unique proof month examples using single detached homes located in any city
with a population of 50,000 or more as of 2020. Each proof could reference a totally unique 31 day period or all three coming from the same 31 days.
We will accept transaction level, street level, subdivision level, neighbourhood level, FSA level, city level, CMA level or even province wide is acceptable and any month since January of 1979 works.
This includes all single detached homes including those that have traded hands as many as
13 times over that period.

Awarding the Prize
If we cannot debunk your proof using follow up data you will be awarded the prize immediately.
**Commencing May of 2020 all submitted proofs will be published with a full review of the submission being provided. We will not include the names of the authors of any failed submissions but will include the name, should anyone do what we know is impossible, of anyone who successfully claims the prize.**

FACTS: We offer this prize because we know it is impossible to collect. You cannot prove the world is flat when it is not! House Prices simply do not change in 31 days or less no matter what your local real estate board, brokerage, economist, academic or government official tells you.

We stake our 50 year and 3 generation reputation on it!

Your proofs must be in a PDF and can be as long as you deem necessary. It is essential when providing proof any data cited does not include copyright violations as we reserve the right to publish any submission received to this contest. If copyrights apply to any portion of your submission (ie photos) you must cite that portion as being non-copyright compliant.

You can expect a response to your submission within 48 hrs of the date of submission not including weekends or holidays.
