Become a RKHA HomeOwnership Advisor:If you are interested in becoming an Ross Kay HomeOwnership Advisor there are two ways to qualify for consideration:
1) NON-Licensed to Trade Route- If you have graduated with at least a Bachelor's of Economics or Urban Geography, you can be considered to become a Consultant. Some background in construction, urban planning, demographic research, mortgage financing or contract negotiation, makes your transition to a consultancy practice as it applies to real estate more readily feasible. or 2) Licensed to Trade Route- If you have been actively licensed to trade in real estate for at least 10 years or have participated in at least 300 transactions, while recording no provincial infractions, you can be considered to become a Consultant. Whether you maintain your license or choose to operate outside of the constraints and limitations that prevent you being able to make full disclosure, a reality inherent with your licensing requirements, we can provide you with effective choices to best benefit your clients and you at the same time.
