We return all initial inquiry requests within two business days.

Non-critical calls are returned when we are available to respond in a professional and unrushed manner.  As company policy our Advisors do not Cell, txt or Email while driving with NO exceptions.  

Emails are checked regularly Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and outside these times on a non-guaranteed basis.  Holidays are observed by all staff and outside functions posted to our calendar may alter our hours of operations for those mandated 2 hour response windows.

Phone contact is available only after initial email contact has occurred with appropriate follow up occurring.
