National Data Pool Network:

Since 1990 the most professional real estate experts in Canada have participated and benefited from helping to generate and then utilize co-operative data.  Together we generate a unique outlook on every real estate market in Canada, one that is based on independence, accuracy and changes to technology.  Currently we have over 200 contributing members to our National Data Pool and Consumer Engagement Measurements, some who have been around long enough to have had to count sales and record prices by flipping through 3 ring binders back in the early 90s.
Today as data assumes a higher and higher level of importance, our ability to handle multiple data streams from single sources allows us to ensure accuracy increases instead of being at risk to manipulation.

Become a RKRC Realty Consultant:

If you are interested in becoming an RKRC Realty Consultant there are two ways to qualify for consideration:

1) NON-Licensed to Trade Route-  If you have graduated with at least a Bachelor's of Economics or Urban Geography, you can be considered to become a Consultant.  Some background in construction, urban planning, demographic research, mortgage financing or contract negotiation, makes your transition to a consultancy practice as it applies to real estate more readily feasible.

2) Licensed to Trade Route- If you have been actively licensed to trade in real estate in at least one Canadian province for at least 10 years and have participated in at least 500 transactions, while recording no provincial infractions, you can be considered to become a Consultant.
Whether you maintain your  license or choose to operate outside of the constraints and limitations that prevent you being able to make full disclosure, a reality inherent with your licensing requirements, we can provide you with effective choices to best benefit your clients and you at the same time.

Appraisers:

As a professional appraiser you more than anyone knows how individual realty is impacted by national and local changes to a real estate market.  You know the flaws and inaccuracy of current HPI models.  Utilizing a network of appraisers from across Canada, your ability to add RKRC Realty Consultant at the bottom of your business card, separates you from all other appraisers in your marketplace.
