Timing the Market

The holy grail of financial investing has always been the ability to time the market and protect yourself from prices correcting. There is only one such source for accurate real estate market timing in North America and that's Ross Kay Realty Consultants. What every one else claims can't be done 3 generations of professional market intelligence proves otherwise. Since the 1970's our direct engagement with the realty market has allowed us to develope an insight into how the housing market functions and how the players interact with one another indicating when change is coming months or even years in advance. Today our intelligence and insights are sought out by hedge fund managers, pension analysts, governments and academics alike. Our forecasts offer such precision and account for so many variables that in virtually any kind of market conditions and no matter how quickly a market seems to change our clients original investments are secure against lose under even with the worst the market can throw at them.

Sub-Five percent interest rates created an investors dream world where Risk could be virtually eliminated in a short term real estate buy-hold-sell strategy. The opportunity is so rare that even buying and holding vacant property that is leveraged 3 to 1 in an debt to equity ratio, you can still make a high annual return that has consistently tripled and bettered the best traded stocks on the market over the last 13 years.  What our market intelligence is able to do is create a virtual bond with coupons that in a worst case scenario you simply sell at a discount to someone else protecting your annual returns.
