Why Subscribe and Cost
If you are using the same data you used a decade ago or you are relying on outdated measures to estimate risk in the housing market our data, intelligence and measures provide an alternative view you can use to lower risk. We have no bias or self-interest in what and how our market intelligence is delivered other than ensuring accuracy. We collect the entire data set required to interpret how a housing market is functioning and combine all sources into a single robust methodology not available anywhere else.
We encourage you to review our measures and our calls.
